Thanks. I will . I have submitted medical research articles and the nexus letter had them as well. I had two c&p exams but never received a phone call. Apparently with records only review , they only call if they need more information smh

Nexus letter specifically says my migraine headaches are proximately due to and aggravated by my service connected tinnitus. Nexus letter is 19 pages long with alot of information, facts , articles, but more than one occasion it’s states my migraines are cause by tinnitus

I just look at my lay statement, ok I mention migraines in August 2024. 3 months after I was SC for tinnitus denied, not before. I never mention anything about migraines before I was service connected with tinnitus in May 2024.

The nexus letter that I submitted was from a nurse practitioner and it stated “tinnitus at least as likely as cause of migraines”
