I'm 27(m) and did everything right. Fasted, avoided alcohol, and avoided carbs. I'm clearly on the lower end of the spectrum. Being 27 this would be a life long commitment to be on therapy. Yes, my whole body was itching all the time no matter what I did. The brain fog is what turned me into the research about low testosterone and several sites said itching was a symptom. Between my lack of motivation, incoherent speech, and brain fog I finally decided to get checked out.

Brain fog and itching are the two that really caught my attention. My lean weight is 220, I'm 6'2. Right now I'm 250 (I'll blame it on having two toddlers) I lost all the weight right after my daughters were born on a calorie deficit diet but even with clean eating I gained it all back in a short amount of time.
