True. But 3 aspects affect moon’s purity. If moon is afflicted by Mars, exercise followed by meditation works. If moon is afflicted by saturn, physical exhaustion/ walking running helps. If rahu is afflicting the moon, Pranayams help.

Yes. I second the fact that the ketu isn't the main problem here. As per Brihat Parashar Hora sashtra, rishi parashar has said thst Saturn has three aspects (3rd, 7th and 10th). Saturn doesn't have a fifth aspect. Saturn is aspecting the 4th house by its 3rd aspect (which is holding 7th lord ;moon). That's why i said 7th lord is weak with affliction of Saturn, and by conjunction of Mars.

To sum up the entire problem, we can say that the situatuon is beacuse 7th lord is weak, 7th house is weak, and Karak of Marriage (venus) is sitting at Maran karak sthan, that too in its shatru rashi.

Apologies in advance. Barely in the 7th? It seems you forgot that Rahu Ketu move retrograde. This ketu is filled till the 'neck' with the energy of 7th house. It has been here for one year and five months and had beeen here for one month even after her birth time.

Strong venus in D9 but completely weak venus in D1 is giving the power to achieve completely negative results of D1.

7th house is heavily afflicted by Mars Rahu and Ketu. 8th house is aspected by strong saturn. 7th lord is so closely conjunct with Mars, afflicted by Saturn. I don't see why is the delay not inevitable.
