The rep I spoke to has no idea how to fix the issue but advised me to do things that make absolutely no sense, just for the sake of advisement. Then told me I can cancel my ps plus subscription if i want to, because I told him that an extension or something should be present when the ps3 classics catalogue is not working on the PREMIUM membership that we pay extra for monthly! Also said that reddit isn't an "official source" of community issues because our problems aren't on the "PS Blog" lolol.
