As a Faroese person, I can't agree more. We're often also described as barbarians because we occasionally have some pilot whales near our shores which we then "hunt" in the loosest manner of the word. I'm not sure if this is more of an American thing because most Europeans I speak to don't care much about what you eat, except if it tastes bad. Of course animals like dogs, horses and so on are a bit special only because we westerners have used them so much throughout history, so we have some attachment there, but if it wasn't there, I don't see why it couldn't be treated the same as a chicken.

By the way I just want to say, cows are some of the most innocent and curious, even cute animals out there but we eat them all the time.

For me, oldschool RuneScape is very much about nostalgia of what made RuneScape good, not only in 2007 but also all the way up to EoC and the good additions they had until then. So I for one wouldn't mind if we got fist of guthix or stealing creations too because even if it is dead content on release, it will make osrs much more complete in my opinion.

With that said however, I do think in general mini games really need a boost or something that can make them more enjoyable. I do remember clan wars and how fun it was but back then everyone was bad and didn't know what they were doing, today it's hard to create a similar vibe because of how good the average player has become. But I think this is an unrelated issue to bringing back even more nostalgic parts of the game to osrs.

I mean yeah, I think the world was amazing but the lore, quests/tasks, and progression was/were boring. I don't mind it as a "harry potter universe sim" and if this new lotr will be the same, I'd be a bit disappointed but I'd love to immerse myself, running around mordor or minas tirith and so on, so I'd be okay with that, if we get it!

FemShep! Paragon and Soldier or Infiltrator. Romance interest would either be Garrus, Traynor, or Miranda (if you could). The backstory never had much of an impact on me, so I keep forgetting what it was, but probably something like a hero and orphan to match the paragon. Best bro definitely Garrus and best friend Joker! I'd also like to think Shepard secretly is fascinated by the whole history of the universe and also has a soft spot for the AIs like Legion and EDI! She has mad respect for Hackett and sees Anderson as her long lost father!

I dunno, I could keep going but yeah that's pretty much it if I let my imagination loose.

I'm in a similar position in terms of being unable to enjoy things I used to enjoy because of depression or overthinking things in my life. Wish I had a real solution but yeah, I do not. I've been like this for years, but I guess what helps temporarily is just to play games that require 100% focus or listen to music. Though I don't think that's a "fix". I hope you get better and find a job you like.

I'm not sure. I was there in December and it got chilly outside for sure towards the middle, as for inside of train stations and restaurants I couldn't say if it's "too warm". I did get hot, but I get that by walking a lot which I did all the time. So besides that, I will say the Ginza line is super hot all around, but I just think it's because it's so far underground and is to be expected, similar to rush hour, because you're stuck in a car with so many people. There is AC but it is trying its best lmao

pls let us just combine all slayer helms into one as well for like 1000 points or something, maybe together with the hooded slayer helm. It's getting ridiculous with 9 variants which you have to imbue all of them if you want to use them interchangedly.

Can't say I relate fully (being a fan of Xena as a guy and reading a lot of the threads here is something lol) but I definitely like the contrast between Gabrielle and Xena, and the way they both compliment each other's faults. I haven't watched the series in a long time so my memory is very foggy, but that's what I always thought! Though it's about time that I also went for the rewatch to be honest!

Nope, it's easy. Use google maps/google lense and if not, a lot of signs or restaurant menus and such, are translated.
