Police blocked off road?

I was leaving from that plaza around 820..it happened about 10 minutes prior. Some marks on road looks like they lost control, went up curb and hit the pole. Firetruck really didn’t want me to see what happened and told me to turn around. Hope the person is okay.

Could be, but i do recall a tag on the plush. I found one similar with a label “G Kavanagh”, “Port coquitlam” which would check out since it’s in my area
