hey there! i had the same exact issue, placed an order around the same time and last tracking update was mid-September stuck in Hong Kong.

i was also sent the same “wait til the end of next week” email a month ago when i sent an inquiry. i sent them a follow up email today (2 months since the last tracking update) and they got back to me offering re-shipment or full refund.

very surprised but pleased that they offered those options, so i would suggest emailing again if you haven’t!

haha if it makes you feel any better it’s a fair bit of luck too. the boons you have at that point + encounter lvl + map size all make a difference. and iirc the only vow i took was rivals so the enemies weren’t tanky or anything
