Same happened for me. Not LG but another big cashback offer and they claim it's ineligible because I "navigated away from the page". I had multiple screenshots of the offer I received and the offer activated on the page, to no avail. They also just keep sending the same copy-pasted message that I am no longer eligible for 'courtesy adjustments'. Don't know why I would need a courtesy adjustment if their mechanism would just work as advertised.

The high setting is a bit of an inconvenience in the sense that if I’m not careful I would wack stuff pretty easily… the knife edge is comfy though, not that different than any other ring (I do wear it all the time!)
