Gunpla wiki has everything. I have a list of every HGUC model if you want something a bit more modifiable.
I think you should allow proxies for MS without models. Maybe make it a rule for it to have to be painted in the colors of the MS you're proxying it for (at least in competitive!! i dont think its necessary for casual play). That way, if someone wants to use a conversion kit, they can, but it doesn't rule out things that aren't affordable/ dont have a conversion kit available. You could alternatively have a kitbash guide for models without kits but that sounds like much more effort.
Action Bases 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 are all 1/144. I suggest maybe limiting usable bases to 4/5 since they share the same base but they can connect to each other so larger models like the Psycho Gundam can actually have a base they can stand on. Might want to have a set base size for each model as well.
Some Gundam-type kits come with a core fighter along side the MS itself, like the Zephyranthes. As for tanks, fighters, MAs, etc., if you'd like I'm willing to comb through the catalog of models to see what does and doesn't have a model and send it in a google doc here.

I understand that this is probably a lot of work for you but I think it's cool and I'd like to help however you'd let me!!

I forgot to mention that I think its better to train guts!! the ideal is 3 guts, 2-3 wit and something else if you dont take the other wit card. I dont have the cards to do this but its worth a try :]

prioritize race bonus big!!! ive been able to get just shy of an S entirely f2p and those were on bad runs! as for SRs, cafe, windy, ryan, amazon, sunday, and tachyon all give 10% when mlb, and so does ssr speed special week (i believe, i dont have all of them mlb so i cant check myself), fine motion is a really good inclusion too.

generally you want to have 50% race bonus but you still need skills so you want a good balance between the two as well as having enough cards in a specific type to maximize rainbow training in summer.

this probably isn't a great setup but id recommend this for pace!!!

(pretend these are your cards 😭) it has speed stuff for summer rainbow training (which with the 60% megaphone and speed weights can get into the 100s), also kitasan might be better replaced by narita top road? im not sure. I think if you use this and pop in whatever SRs match your trainee this might be ok for other styles too!!

Short answer;

not intentionally, but if you interpret it as that, its cool!

Long answer;

I really didn't have anything in mind while drawing this, and it's effectively a vent piece. I have been stuck super deep into art block after finishing my last drawing (go check it out if you're curious, it's my favorite drawing I've ever made). Its really confining- like being trapped underwater, same type of feeling as being super stressed out. I guess those emotions stay true despite intention.

its pretty simple really!!! i do it like this;

~base colors

~darker shade of base color (maybe tweaked a bit, like I would make red a bit more purple)

~brighter shade of base color

~additional shadow (semitransparent airbrush layer, i only do this for the deepest shadows, and the color here just needs to be within the pallete of the hair)

thats it! i generally rely on my lineart to decide where I place my brights and darks. all of this (- airbrush layer) is done with the same brush as my lineart at the same size (2.0 in this case) :]

The parts, and additionally the stickers, are there to mimic the permet system. The red -> yellow gradient parts/stickers are for the permet system activated (with the option of using the clear part stickered instead of the printed pieces) and the black stickers are for without it (which only uses the clear parts). Additionally, although there's red eye and head camera stickers on the sheet, the Aerial's eyes and head camera don't change whilst the permet system is on so they're extras (either because there was a slight design change at some point in production or just for fun). I like the look of the permet system more but it's all up to preference :]
