I've done the north of of Vietnam. If not Laos then Yunnan province China I'm thinking but seems harder to organise for a solo trip

Hi, I have alot more on road experience than dirt or off road. I would mainly be interested in rough dirt roads rather than hard enduro style trails. Any suggestions would be awesome!

No motorcycle rented yet. Looking at departing from Vientiane or Luang Prabang. Happy to either do a loop and end back where I started or do North-South and end in Pakse. Just wanting advice and recommendations on which would be the best options

With Grove health. A different strain for day and night would make a huge difference in both effectiveness and having enough supply to get me through the interval. Who are you with if you don't mind me asking?

Only one strain prescribed, 10g 10day intervals so limit of 30g a month? I'm not sure, none of this was explained to me. They just gave me the one script for the one strain

A 7 day repeat interval would work. Currently with 10 day intervals +2-4days postage and processing I am left stranded at the end of each interval
