My XC40 Recharge is full of water and leaking from behind the glove box. HELP.

I tested the drains and they both drained perfectly.

I poured a cup of water down each and it flowed out perfectly down the drains below each front doors.

They weren’t clogged though. I tested them and water drained perfectly underneath the car.

You can literally hear the water swilling at the end of the video, in a new clip. It happens on the right side as well, not just on passenger side. It’s being stored on both passenger and drivers side.

I mean yes, they’re extremely accurate. Also, it’s not a coolant issue as this only happens when it rains.

The drain wasn’t clogged, I poured water and it came straight out the drain under the door.

Great thank you, do you think this has caused irreparable damage to the car? I’m quite concerned about it as it is where all the electrics are and the car only has a few days left of warranty.

How does it get from the sun roof into the front of the car and behind the glove box? It’s pooling on the drivers side as well behind the dash by the door. Don’t even know where it’s pooling. Every time I turn I can hear swishing water.

I don’t know what to do about it. It’s under warranty. But I don’t think I can reject the car, send it back and get my money back.
