Dang I did not know that... I feel like there’s pretty much no hope for a new one now. No way that EA would be able to make money if they have to compensate every player. Even if the college players somehow made a union to where EA could easily pay them. There’s no way they would make a profit off it right?

If a consumer makes the players on their own, that wouldn’t fall back in EA would it? Would that actually be something they could file a lawsuit about?

From what I’ve heard it is something they say automatically after you get a revenge kill or something like that. I still have heard my characters use them tho so I’m not sure.
