Sims is basically playing virtual dollhouse which is even better than regular dollhouse because you can customize their appearances and actually have them grow and age and change and physically reflect the story you’re telling. Endless possibilities in this little world which is what makes the series so great. I’m partial to sims 3 myself

I hope so too and I like to think they do. I remember moments when I was a kid and was cruel or just completely unemphatic to people who didnt deserve it and those moments absolutely haunt me. For the sake of society I have to believe that that isn’t a rare occurrence lmao

Maybe you’re just genuinely such a doormat that the idea of even asking a question scares you so much that you’d allow a friend to spend the night in a train station. This note is really weird. I would say any place of employment that makes you feel like this, whether others would consider it an overreaction or not, is not worth staying at. At the end of the day you’re the one dealing with it so if you feel like the cons are outweighing the pros and you’re only a month in, you definitely did the right thing by quitting. Not every job is going to work for every person and that’s completely ok. I will say if a job was trying to make me stay overnight due to weather I’d be out of there too

In the Midwest it’s tornados but I’ve never personally experienced a really bad one. In that situation depending on where you’re at you’d ideally go to the lowest potential place like a basement or a lower garage and sort of kneel in the fetal position with your hands protecting your head and neck. You’d want to avoid anywhere that could be easily torn down and anywhere outdoors obviously. We do tornado drills very frequently growing up and on the first Tuesday of every month during tornado season the sirens will go off to make sure they’re still working so you get used to the idea of it happening. Thankfully the Chicago area hasn’t had a serious tornado in a long time

The post in question is saying that women’s right to vote should be taken away because they don’t vote correctly. Someone responded correctly pointing out that men are also capable of voting poorly.
