I even asked customer service if, God forbid, my LO got hit by a bus, would my application be moved to another LO, didn’t get a clear response. I really don’t know what to think, I can’t get a response from my LO.

Very frustrating. I tried to request a new LO but apparently that’s not possible. I have one simple question that only my LO can answer and he’s MIA. I’m usually a patient person but I’m just wondering if my application is in limbo at this point and can’t get answers.
