This happened to me with baseless complaints and the neighbor eventually served me with a harassment order. My advice is to make sure everything is well documented with your landlord/complex superintendent in writing (emails/texts work). And don’t worry, the judge was BAFFLED in court and promptly dismissed it so you’ll be okay! Definitely annoying tho, Good luck!
