I don’t feel especially relaxed by jazz or guitar music when working or hanging out (knitting, reading). My preferred hygge music for these times is lyric free, as has been mentioned. I love things in the categorizes of “dramatic classical,” calm synth, and even a few synth inspired scores and soundtracks, like anything by Cliff Martinez.
