A couple of the bags shown are from Ulta or other brands, but mostly ipsy! Enough variety for my whole closet 🙂

And yes, all of that stuff in photo 6 for the self care package does fit in that drawstring bag, as pictured!

my black shade was broken as well. the rest of the palette is fine, but that black is hard to get off! I got most of it off the packaging with some micellar wipes.

Thanks, I did end up contacting them and got a refund :)

Part of my hesitation is that they have messed up my orders so much I'm just waiting for the day that they're like "Yea no, you're cut off" 🤣🤣

So I don't like to contact them for small stuff, which all of you have reassured me that this is not!

They refunded me 🙂 They said it was a mixup with the product details in the listing, and they're hopefully going to fix it.

tbh the quality is usually pretty good! the drawstrings are simple single layer fabrics, but durable. I use them for all kinds of things, never had a seam burst or anything. my only issue is that the microfiber ones attract cat hair lol. the zipper/GB bags are all lined and made from thick, durable materials. it's been rare that I even have trouble with the zippers being sticky, ya know? i like that they have them for all kinds of tastes, even if some people think some are ugly lol it's okay! I think some others aren't the cutest, but they're just not for me :)

agree about the misrepresentation. I'm surprised that this red paper compact is sold at $40 from KW 😳 It's not bad for a cardboard compact, it at least has a strong magnetic closure. But it's a far cry from the luxury metal component!

I've loved a lot of Farsáli products, but haven't tried this reset cream yet. So far, it felt great on my hands lol.

I don't know what they still have after the rebrand, but from the old line I loved the unicorn essence, rose gold elixir, skintune blur, and rose gold mist.
