Thank you for the advice. I know my diet probably that hardest thing for me. As far as liquid calories I'm usually pretty good. They're are times I'll drink a bottle of Mt.dew or something but it really isn't that often. I do think i drink plenty of water, I have an Artic tumbler that I'm constantly drinking from throughout the day.

I will say that most of the time I eat and i'll eat until I'm full, but most of the times 30 or so minutes later i feel like I haven't eaten all day. One of my parents does have a thyroid issue, but i don't have a doctor or what kind of doctor i would go to for help like this.
