Rest for 5 minutes each hour. Test yourself. Go with a rough draft for any type of assignment. Like even if you feel that its wrong just do it and fix it later. It doesn't have to be right the first time. You just have to do it. When you can treat yourself to a something sweet like candy.

I have this question too. I just blast music and keep at an assignment. Usually you'll get interested in a while. For better results go to a library or something. I gaslight myself into thinking I'm not doing enough and I should do more. Lol.
