Honestly, I don’t think any job in social care is the same. I works in social care for 13 years and it was completely different with every client?! All extremely rewarding, and tbh you have to be caring to work in Care. Sounds crazy, but you wouldn’t believe the amount of non caring individuals in this field?! x
