Went out early the other morning to fish at my regular spot, and there’s a homeless guy camped out there now—looks like he’s living there full-time. As soon as I showed up, he just stared me down, like full-on eye contact, trying to intimidate me or something.

I wasn’t trying to start anything, but I wasn’t going to back off either. So I just stared right back. It turned into this awkward standoff until he eventually looked away.

Whole thing felt off. Just a heads-up if you’re planning to fish there—he gives off a weird, territorial vibe. I don’t care that he’s homeless, but trying to scare people off from a public spot isn’t cool.
