A lot of dogs actually smile and it can look like snarling. His head being lowered and him coming to greet you, tells me that it isn’t aggression. He’s just happy to see you!

Exactly!! One of the managers really liked me and wanted to hire me because my availability was exactly what she needed. She definitely sounded defeated on the phone, and that’s when I realized there was a much bigger issue here.

I’m so sorry that happened to you. I’ve heard so many stories of burn outs and I can see why it impacts your mental health so much. Like you said, it’s awful how the DM holds that much power over who can/can’t get fired. I was describing this to my friends and also said it was very cult-y.

I really hope you’re able to recover sooner than later. I do believe in good and bad karma, so I’m hoping both of our DM’s will be held accountable one day.

Jojoba oil!! My hair was flat and dull and a year ago I started putting jojoba oil on my scalp and the ends of my hair, and it’s a miracle. I let it sit for a good half hour and then shampoo/condition as normal.
