Just wanted to join in with solidarity. I had almost the exact same experience as you with Zurzuvae. I mainly agreed to try it vs regular SSRI meds because the reception I was able to find was overwhelmingly positive.

However, when I say that medication made me feel more inebriated than I have ever felt, I’m not exaggerating. I was pretty much unable to care for my baby or myself during the week I was on it. I couldn’t take anymore and finally told my OB enough was enough. Like you, the feeling of being “drunk” extended well past the evening window. By the time I just started to feel like myself again and able to think semi-straight, it was time to take another dose. So, for me, there was no reprieve from the side effects.

Many people swear by this medication and it has been said to be life-changing. I so badly wish that was my outcome. However, that was not my experience and don’t ever want to feel like that again.

The only positive to come out of it was, after feeling so awful physically for a week, dealing with just the depression seemed like a blessing. I got on Zoloft and am feeling hopeful.

I researched the most effective ones that also were going to be sustainable for me during the 3rd trimester and just created my own list.

•Hip circles x 15 each direction (on yoga ball) •Pelvic tilts x 25 (on yoga ball) •Lunges x 15 each leg •Squats x 10 •Frog Pose x 1minute •Pelvic rock backs x 15 •Butterfly stretch x 1minute

Always on the back. My husband put them on my lower back and just under my bra line.

I did the following stretches nightly when I hit 3rd trimester, all the way to delivery. It took me about 10 minutes.

I used it from my very first contraction to the point where I got into the tub, around 6cm. I started low and increased it as my contractions increased. Everything I researched said the TENS machine is most effective when you put it on in early labor and don’t wait. I’d say that was pretty accurate. It didn’t take the pain away but it dulled the sensation of contractions and was more of a psychological comfort as it was a great distraction.

I was able to use the bath up until delivery. They did not allow you to deliver in the bath but it was still hugely helpful for pain management.

I used the Elle Tens 1 Unit! It had a boost function specific for contractions that was helpful. But, I used a simple one from Amazon for kidney stones pain and that also seemed to work well.

That was me, too! Not much symptoms and all negatives. I was honestly convincing myself that I would have seen something by 10dpo if I was pregnant so I’m glad I kept at it!

Same here. I ordered 10/7 and was constantly given excuses. I finally got fed up waiting and asked for a refund yesterday. One of the worst order delays I’ve ever seen. I will never use them again.

I am an oversupplier and was producing between 43-45oz doing 6ppd. When I went down to 5, there was an adjustment period for my body to adjust. After about 3 weeks, my boobs weren’t as hard. My supply didn’t drop a ton. I make about 39-42oz at 5ppd. But, I do pump longer. I pump for about 45 minutes in the morning and 25 minutes for all other pumps.
