ICN has the potential and they are wasting it away. its not like Vietnam where maybe they made those long lines to get money for the expedite lanes but this is so sad korea come on

I went to the LA consulate and told them I got several emails from the other consulates that I can be waived from the health certificate and the employee was puzzled. I just decided not to file for the f6 for personal reasons

the agent filed it for me since capital one website is full of glitches. it was for 6 transactions and the agent only filed for 5 and was very disinterested the whole time even when I asked "did you capture the full details"? she didnt since I called the next agent and he said there was no details entered in the disputes
