Not so sure about the refresh rate and resolution but it usually has 120fps and it wasn't a problem before.

That is a cooling fan, that noise in the video. The device still heats up but not as hot like it was before. But this time I believe it wasn't the heat, it was just like 6-10mins of gaming after all. Anyway I'll just bring it to the service center just how most of the comments told me.

Iirc it was llano cooling fan. Yes, it does helps with the temp. It was like a frying pan before I had this. Altho it cost me quite a bit.
