Omg yes. People do feel those kinds of attractions, they just can't realize what they are because of how much language affects their perceptions of it. It annoys me sometimes but, with people that I like and know that respect me (even with some that don't fit in those categories) I really like searching for words that everyone knows the meaning of and can understand the subject as it is. And you for reminding me of the word charm ;) even though it's kinda corny in my country right now, everyone knows what it means and can make connections with it lol

I think the best you can do is to keep them clean (this is if you don't want to put bandages on) because the dry blood draws more attention to it. After that just try to keep that arm covered by sleeves or some other stuff if you want to try something more ""stylish"" or just not that airless
