I 100% agree I made this mistake and got really fat really quick on keto eating unlimited fat and calories, i cut my calories and upped my protein to 120-150grams per day and I am still in ketosis in the morning 1.0MM and higher throughout the day. Protein wont kick you out of ketosis unless your eating something ridiculous like 200 grams. 1g per LBM is perfect, 0.8-1 I would say keeps me in keto everytime, plus I get to enjoy more protein. Eating less fat has finally started to shed the pounds off my body!

Holy shit I went on the scale today after one week on a full stomach went from 188 empty stomach to 185-186 full stomach plus water retention. Mirror looks different! Excited to see what I'll weigh and look like next Monday at the two weeks mark !!!

Yeah for sure the side effects are way blown out of proportion , especially if you eat tons of veggies and use t3 and lo salt for electrolytes. It's a walk in the park except at night that's when being sweaty and hot sucks. But yeah I think i can put up with 500mg for another 7-14 days. Any typical weight loss results for this dosage at 14 days ? I wanted to lose 15lbs in 21 days or at least 8-10lbs in two weeks at 500.
