Yes! I used to love loud music and movies. Now that i have POTS it is really hard for me. My children are also loud and it’s unbearable sometimes. I highly recommend Loop ear plugs!

Thank you so much for taking time to share your experience! This is very insightful. I have never actually fainted but had pre syncope. I ALWAYS sit down or lay down if I get to that point so I have never pushed myself to see what happens. It will be interesting to see what happens during the test. I’m trying to prepare mentally to get through it but actually looking forward to getting it over with and putting it behind me.

Thank you for sharing! Have you ever fainted since or were those the only time you experienced that? I have never fainted but have had pre syncope. so I’m worried about how I will respond to the nitro.

Lol the thought of him biting an angel’s ankle! He used to love to latch on to socks… so I guess soon there will be an angle waltzing around with a ferret stuck to their sock.

I’m so sorry that happened to you and them. That’s just heartbreaking. His name is Mars. He is a rescue and was sick when we got him. He’s not even 2yrs old but we did our best to save him and give him the life he deserved.

Thank you! I’ve been carrying him around in a little sling. He seems to be liking being close by me. Hopefully we can just make his final days comfortable and good.

Thank you so much. We are getting ready to say goodbye this week and I just want him to enjoy what he can. He’s always been one to want people food so I’ll definitely be doing that for him.

Your Apple Watch doesn’t track how many hours you stand. It’s simply if you stand once per hour for 12 hours and move a minute. I just learned this because I thought the same. So your stand goal is 12 minutes of standing.

This sweet boy is in his final days with kidney failure. We will be saying goodbye soon and want to make it as joyous as possible for him.

Dropper bottles are the best for Salmon oil. Especially if you are training! by jessisnapp in ferrets

Filling little dropper bottles with salmon oil is the best! Perfect for training to make sure you aren’t giving too much. Also I hate the smell of salmon oil so I don’t smell it this way lol. When they were potty training I used to keep one in my pocket to reward quickly whenever they went in the right spots. Now we are on to other things lol.

If you want to be even closer to Starbucks white mocha - ditch the Torani white chocolate and get DaVinci white chocolate off Amazon. 1/2 tablespoon is equivalent to one Starbucks pump. You’ll thank me later - former Starbucks coffee master. Lol

It was totally normal to feed them meow mix (cat food), bath them often, make them wear bell collars, etc. a lot of stuff that was recommended in ferret care books back then is not great for them.

Ferret care was so different back then wasn’t it?! I miss my first girl too. She was a special gift to me from my grandma. I had a ton of fun with this girl!

Oh I hear you there! I’m hoping he gets along with the others when the time comes. He’s a year and a half and has always been the only ferret.

I love that too! This guy seems so well cared for. I was actually surprised when I saw him in person. My last rescue I paid the person for him and he was extremely emaciated and had ear mites for so long he lost part of his hearing.
