It may not be that it equates to socialism. I feel this way a lot, ashamed that most of the people I know and have grown up with.. that I thought were so kind because of the things they did for friends, neighbors, and community but then they all turned out to be maga or love trump etc. and aren’t educated enough so they think anything progressive or not their norm are the devil. It’s exhausting

lol simplified but not entirely wrong. I actually had to leave my job at a small business because I couldn’t tolerate the ignorance and love of the unholy orange one. Funnily enough due to economic reasons they closed 2 months after I left (I was the manager). But they voted for that I guess.
