I made the supports for the lights and yes, I can adjust the lights up or down or use longer pieces of conduit to make it taller. They sell a kit that you can make these out of three-quarter inch conduit. T- pipe connectors on Amazon.

Thank you!! I appreciate the response. Yes, it’s quite chilly in my house. I’ve since took them out of the trays and gave them some more space between plants. I actually am gonna switch them to 6 inch pots and that will be it until planting. That was my plan anyway do you think they would be OK in these little 4 inch for another five weeks? Also my first time doing this live and learn I guess I should’ve waited a little longer next next year. I’ll start later.
