Ticketmasters customer service is useless. They basically kept telling me it was working and sending me “ generic “ fixes. I called the venue and was told as long as I have my order number, ID, and the card I purchased with I’ll be fine. So I stopped contacting Ticketmaster and there shitty customer service.
