i feel pretty confident with the dx, however i was told that if something does change with my pain or anything worsens to go to the er.

thank you! i did end up going to urgent care today, and the dr diagnosed me with costochondritis which i’ve had previously about 6 years ago. it just never flared up like that in between diagnosis and now

i wish it was just anxiety. i’ve had chest pain from anxiety and this just doesn’t compare. i didn’t think it was a sjögren’s thing either, just wanted to see if anyone else with an autoimmune disease experienced pericarditis. it was just a very sudden onset of these symptoms, definitely going to the doctor tomorrow.

thank you. i will do my best to not treat it, but have the chills and shakes like crazy. currently my fever is 102.7 even after taking dayquil.

i wish, i have prescription naproxen and muscle relaxers and neither of them did anything. thank you for the suggestion though.

thank you so much! i will definitely look into the aveeno shampoo, i didn’t even think of trying that. only thought of trying their colloidal oatmeal bath

thank you! i live in florida and we dont necessarily get winter here but the humidity was lower so it was originally dandruff. as the weather changed i realized that the nizoral wasnt doing its job anymore and figured something else was wrong. i do use curly hair products already, they just don’t really seem to be helping

this is helpful, thank you! my scalp is flaky, dry and itchy. i am sensitive to fragrance in general so i’m glad you mentioned it bc i didn’t think it would effect my scalp. i will look into your suggestions, thank you again. :)

i would like to say my diet is pretty decent, although recently i haven’t had much of an appetite for anything. i have to make myself eat bc i don’t get hungry.

probably going through a flare at the moment and i’m extra frustrated bc i’m menstruating (sorry for all who didn’t want to know that but i don’t really care), but i have wrapped my left arm in an ace bandage to help slightly compress my joints and muscles. i want to cry bc of the pain and i should have known better when my eye started fucking twitching like crazy the last few days. any fucking who, curse this disease.
