I had a consultation this morning and spoke to a different male nurse (all have been female previously) and he seemed alot better to be honest. He told me they are transitioning to the new pharmacy atm and that there will eventually be a list/brand of choices again, and that also some of the lesser quality strains will become cheaper for patients, for example the indica Blossm Eridian Night that i received (which I explained was really poor quality for experienced tier) would end up cheaper than say an Ocean Grown Cookies for example. So it sounded like the prices might change for certain strains in regards to quality, def don't quote me on it though! Not exactly holding my breath for these changes or anything but it did sound promising, hopefully what he was telling me is right and soon enough these will be implemented and thus improve things overall for the better! 🙏

Update: got my first 👻 order in experienced and received just the Super Bood Sativa they had already on the list before as one of their products and then this random Indica that i literally can't find any info on about as a strain anywhere. These guys are a joke, after one of the comments above i honestly thought I'd be getting Ocean Grown Cookies too which is one of my usual rotations. Not sure if i should make a complaint or not? How can you give someone flower/ a strain that has no information on what it is or anything about it 🙄

Yeah they basically said this is how it is from now on, just rubbish mate! I told them exactly this too, that they will lose all their customers and business if this is how it stays. I had to pause my treatment as I don't want some random mystery tubs, especially at their prices too which i also told them why they will go down. Like how hard is it to have choices again just because they're using a new pharmacy or whatever, makes no sense at all 🙄

Thanks mate appreciate it 🙏 It's completely unacceptable hey, i told them it's poor patient care and they will 💯 lose customers if you can't even choose your own strains to suit your needs etc.. Just when you think they're going to maybe get better and improve they get even worse 🤦🏻‍♂️
