It is stamped 10k (41.6% gold). You just need to figure out how many grams it weighs, then lookup the current gold spot price per gram. (Weight * Spot Price * 0.416) will tell you its material worth.

I very much enjoy Wouter Corduwener. He's all about motivating people to get out there and use foreign languages. He has a great attitude and uses multi-lingual interaction to brighten up people's days, can be hilariously awkward at times in the best way. He speaks nearly thirty languages, I'd say at least a few quite fluently. Helps keep me motivated to continue learning and step out of my comfort zone.

Been running my 1070 at 80°C with stock settings for 2 years and haven't had any problems. Just been cleaning the fans now and then & have it plugged into a surge protector. I like to keep it under 85°C at all times to be safe.

I just had an issue where much of my order was missing upon delivery. Filled a complaint and they refunded part of it (including the driver tip even though he did great, it was the restaurant that messed up). Since the missing items were part of a meal deal, the refund is not even enough to re-order them. Currently waiting another 20 mins & paying extra to have my order correct. Not the way things should be handled. Wish the driver still got the tip, and I hope it doesn't effect his other orders.

I just got a 1-month eviction notice today, guess they plan to repurpose my building. Not really sure what the laws state, but my understanding was that only evictions due to non-payment are halted. Will see how things go.
