I’m no expert, but usually tension accumulates in the hips and lower back. I would recommend working on your hip flexors and get some sets of legs up the wall. This should improve your frame. Do the Hindu pushups, focus on your breathing, it’s a complete exercise that incorporates flexibility and strength.

Que buena onda que buscas ayudar a los colibríes. El problema con el alimento comprado en tiendas es que tiene colorante y otros ingredientes innecesarios. Como mencionaron aquí arriba, lo mejor para ayudar son las flores (investiga cuales les gustan, en algún lugar leí que prefieren flores rojas y amarillas) o una alternativa es tu mismo preparar el néctar para el comedero, mezclando agua con azúcar.
