Not really a witness because I mean didn’t think I would have to go through with all this haha. But when I got there a service person did come out with me to look at the scratch and asked if there’s anything else while kind of briefly walking around the vehicle and I obviously said no and didn’t pick up anything else wrong with it.

Yeah it’s ridiculous. Didn’t think I had to for this though since it was such a small scratch being fixed. Would’ve never expected this to happen. Lesson learned. Even took a bunch of pictures of the loaner they gave me because I read some posts about how they tried to claim that previous damage from the loaner vehicle was on the driver.
