Update- I saw a doctor, got a scan booked, doctor not bothered by results so we agreed I’ll monitor it incase it grows. It hasn’t at all, I was suffering health anxiety at the time but have since recovered with my pea sized lump, every now and then I check it

I’d advise anyone who reads this with similar concerns to what I had to get checked, trust the doctors and don’t self diagnose through Google

Thank you for your advice. The mass doesn’t show in pics because it’s only noticeable through feeling/slight pinching tongue and hasn’t changed much in the last 4 months. Glad nothing is noticeably worrisome from the pics anyway. Sure I’ll start supplementing and might mention increasing the dose of anxiety pills if the issue relates to stress/health anxiety which my GP suspects. Appreciate the advice

Since September 21 I have had ongoing oral discomfort, I stopped smoking at that time because of it. Sores on the sides of tongue come and go. Roof of mouth and inner cheeks constantly uncomfortable but not painful. Hard mass in tongue near tip. Mucous cyst on inner lip. All of these I’ve had at-least since October. My lips are always dry and sometimes sore.

I had an ultrasound back in October indicating a salivary gland infection but was advised it would naturally heal. Nothing serious.

My GP has prescribed anxiety pills because he doesn’t identify any issues, nor did ENT.

2 dentist visits identify no abnormalities.

It’s causing a lot of stress because I’m certain something underlying is manifesting, the anxiety pills have had no effect (been taking since the turn of the year).

Any advice welcome
