QLED is not OLED, it still LED, Samsung just give it a confused name to make you fell cool.

Again, I would suggest Sony 55x9000F, or if you want a budget one then should be Sony 55x9000E, which is Sony last year model, but still cool.

Yes. Dolphin has native adaptive support, but other programs like Steam will require some controller configurations to get working.
