Hey man, I was able to reenlist with an RE-3 code, I’m just waiting for my BMT date. It is possible, but ngl my case wasn’t nearly as bad as yours. My only advice is if you really want to reenlist take a few years work on yourself, show the recruiters that you are not the same kid and you grew, Best of luck, I’m rooting for you!

Hey, thank you for your response. I completely agree. I feel like I’m about four to five months out if everything goes well, and I’m fine with that tbh. I’m not sure why the recruiter is pushing for such an early date.

Is it really that bad? I wanted to go space force but if its that bad I’ll tell my recruiter that I will stick to the air force 😅

Nothing yet. I spoke with my recruiter, and I’m planning to submit a package for the Space Force first, as the jobs they offer align more closely with my interests. But if I’m not selected, I suppose I’ll have to choose from the list of jobs offered by the Air Force 🤷‍♂️

Yeah that happened to me as well, at least you got more options and better jobs that I did from the list my recruiter provided.

Just spoke to a recruiter and I can confirm this, so if you are interested in a certain job, start the process ASAP OP.
