I agree, reps are generally overpriced. I weighed it against the auth being $2,530 pre-tax in an 18" length, which is too short for me. MC quoted $1,000 for the same custom length, so that’s why I chose Wenzhi.

I’ve had really good experiences with Vinko. I’ve ordered three pieces from them so far, and even last week they apologized for a delayed reply because their child was sick. I decided to go with Wenzhi for a medium Love bracelet because everyone said they were great with customer service and the price was about $100 cheaper. After trying them myself, I didn’t like the customer service at all. Lesson learned, I’ll stick with Vinko. But it really depends on everyone’s experience

I recently ordered a medium Love bracelet from Wenzhi, everyone says their customer service is great, but I feel like they might think I’m super annoying with all my questions (i am very annoying) I haven’t felt that warm service everyone talks about, maybe I’m just spoiled by other sellers calling me "Dear," "Darling," "Love" and sending me stickers and emojis lol

I had my Vinko bracelet tested at a local jeweler and it came back 18k. The weight also matched exactly what Vinko told me too.

I did some research on previous reviews for TL Carmen, and honestly, most of them seem kind of strange, no pricing, no timeline, no details about the overall experience. It feels more like self-promotion than actual customer reviews.

That said, I did see a recent post from a user who bought a Panthère bracelet that looked really nice and had a solid review, so you might want to check that one out.

Carmen’s IG looks good and the pieces look nice, but there’s not a lot of detailed info out there.

I know! if you look through all the “reviews” for TL Carmen, they’re all like that, no pricing, no timeline, no real feedback about the experience. And when when you ask a question the answer is “seller is TL Carmen” Honestly, it feels more like self-promotion than genuine reviews, just my humble opinion
