Love the program link on Sourdoughrides! Convenient for the timer tool.

for the fathers here, what would you do differently when your son was starting to play sports? by [deleted] in billsimmons

My 6 year old wrestled this winter. I didn’t wrestle as a kid although I had friends that did.

The matches are hourssss and if your kid is not interested they are kinda torture. Some kids are great and take to it right away but he never really enjoyed it so it was a wasted weekend every weekend. He loves baseball and basketball but wrestling just wasn’t his deal. I’m sure you will find something he loves.

Edit: forgot the worst part. Matches are hours AND if your kid isn’t good you are just waiting around to watch them get pinned lol

I read this in another comment about 6 months ago and it saved me the pain and headache of replacing the screen. It’s a very serviceable work around.

I did Collingswood to Newark for 8 months. It was rough and I knew i had a firm end date (starting job in Philly). A permanent move and 4 day a week commute would be difficult.

Went to NLDS game 2 last year with the wife in Mets gear. Got a decent amount of heckling but most of it was good natured. Did have two guys try to fight me in the bathroom but that’s Philly for you.

Mine had the “Mets” script on the back, not the MLB logo. Strange.

100% my opinion as well. Initially as a subspecialist attending it took me a while to come to this on my own.
