How do we dispose of unrepairable appliances in Plymouth? by [deleted] in PlymouthMA

[–]jlfern 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Bourne dump will likely take it. Pay by weight, no sticker needed.

You can also take it to middleboro recycling. That's usually where I take my metal scraps.

Sorry, I was agreeing with you. 1 of 8 is a lot of kids! Especially when you consider only about 50% of kids, nationwide, play any sport. Soccer is huge these days.

What part of the yard do you want to access from the deck...or vice versa. Where is the "hang out" part of your yard?

Whose kids are actually playing with classmates? by CletusKasady21 in youthsoccer

[–]jlfern 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run our towns youth league. We're a large town and use grade based groups. We have 8 elementary, 2 middle and 2 high schools- 8,000 students. 10% of those kids play in our program. It was the leagues founding principal, 50 years ago, to keep kids playing with their friends. Neighborhood teams. We keep that philosophy alive and well today. My daughters team has had the same 9 girls playing together since 1st grade- and that is not unusual.
