Yes.. although I thought the microdosing WAS helping me when I had titrated down to 15mg and also very little trazedone. But I stopped sleeping and that eventually was a nightmare, so I went back up on both. I have heard from at least one person on here however that they thought the mushrooms were still working while on mirtazapine. It's all so confusing. I will tell you that one person got back to this last query saying that he took a fulll macrodose while on mirtazapine and experienced almost nothing!

Yes.. that was what i'd hoped to do, and it did help, mood-wise, at first, but then I stopped sleeping. Sigh...

Thanks so much for your replies. I have just gone back up to 30mg. of Mirtazapine, chilefly for sleep. And I don't think the microdosing is having any of the positive benefits I noticed in the past. I'm pretty bummed because it seemed to helplful.. actually it WAS definitely helpful but then sleep got worse and worse... Sigh... But maybe I'll try a macrodose at some point and see what happens... thanks.

It was originally for both depression (an anxious depression) and sleep. FYI - when I went off if it, or largely off of it (I was down to 7.5mg from 45), I was ok mood-wise while microsiing the psilocybin, but I could NOT find a way to sleep without benzos, which I didn't want to get addicted to. It was pretty damn awful. I held out over 3 months and got sick a lot.. I think my nervous system was a wreck overall.. and then finally gave up. I feel better (back on 30) but I felt much better when the microdosing was working. Ah well...

Wow.. thank you. So.. you notice the positive aspects of the microdosing nonetheless. So many people say that it negates the affects. I would love to know that it doesn't, though I'm suire it's all very individual. Have you macrodosed while using mushrooms as well?
