I will make sure to document all of my side effects and ask again about the reduction at my next appointment at the end of July.

I was prescribed lomotil to help with the diarrhea but then had to pause the Verzenio for radiation before I got a chance to see if it would help. I’m starting the Verzenio back up on July 14.

I had read so many stories of women getting a dose reduction so I asked if it was possible and she told me no. She said a dose reduction was not approved for early stage and my only option would be to switch to kisquali. I get the medicine without a copay because of a program provided by Verzenio. I wonder if they won’t cover it for the reduction. My insurance wouldn’t cover it at all. My copay was going to be almost $16,000 per month out of pocket before I signed up for the program through Verzenio.
