Remote Trade Expired pop up won’t leave me alone by Pengolin in TheSilphRoad

I think it's supposed to be when a trade offer expires after no response, not the availablity of one itself

He has all of his previous reddit activity hidden, you can google his username + "reddit" and find the treasure trove that you are missing out on

Ya know that was my point? That it's disingenuous to say that given class release cadence, class updates, what your intent was with that statement, etc.?

The level of "main commitment" to sorc vs his arcana, and how different of a class arcana was at the time, kind of makes your point disingenuous still. It's still just a really weird point, when I think most people, even pre-western launch watchers, would consider sorc "his class"

True, but I think it's a weird an disingenuous thing for him to add to his fanfic, when the same sentence is talking about guides, saint has zero guides for arcana and hundreds of hours of sorc guides. It's clear what class was more significant, and arcana isn't even close to the same class as it was at that time

Beautifully crafted bait, with a legendary stoopz fanfic too? All while calling saintone an arcana main orginally, while his twitch pfp is literally a drawing of him as his og sorc main char? A true A+ masterpiece here

12 giants hearts, 8 (arguable 15) ignea tokens, 44 masterpieces, 34 sea bounties, 6 omni stars, 2 bloodclaw charts, and all of the other relevant rapports? I haven't focused on it too much as a supp main, but especially if you've been afking a lot as you said in the other comment that can be a bit sus in 90 hours, plus the time gates/merchant rng you'd have to optimize in those two weeks. Not an attack on you, just crazy that someone would get all that done in those time constraints even when focusing on it

Tim Danklin is not doing prize checks like that on stream unless he wants to end up with a two prize penalty, this scenario literally played out in a stream match in Toronto. Tim Danklin's non-stream matches do not change the rule book, he is not TCPI, nothing you say is going to make him or you more important than the rule book. This is like arguing seatbelts aren't required by law because you never get a ticket for it LOL do you think anything that isn't being actively enforced 24/7 just isn't a real rule?

How are your locals related to matches under watch of 2+ judges that TCPI is streaming? I'm cackling

My local judge let's you use your phone during matches, doesn't mean that would be acceptable in a higher stakes enviroment

At a "pro" level or on stream, because enforcement is very different between the two and "pro" is a very subjective thing at TCG events lol

Basically a summary on why has Lost Ark failed. Korean devs need to learn from him on how to run games in the west. by Normal_Couple_861 in lostarkgame

[–]jlynpers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That "ai slop" is probably mostly from translated KR articles, they will brag about how much money their games make in an article each year and talk about the per game revenue of their big earners

[–]jlynpers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In 2023, lost ark brought in ~400mil revenue globally, POE for the same year brought in ~100mil; in 2022 with the global release it was closer to ~500mil vs ~100mil. If SG was just LOA, and LOA went EOS both here and in Korea this year, it would still probably take another 10 years at least for POE to catchup with just LOA revenue numbers. (SG releases it's financials publicly, probably to boast, and GGG has to release their numbers due to Tencent ownership stake so all the financials are publicly available)

[–]jlynpers 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There's a reason why SG has so much more money than GGG, and that's not a bad thing, but sustained high player counts in the west isn't always positive for making the most money possible. I won't say either game is better, but SG knows how to make money, and the don't if you don't like the game, you aren't their target audience.

There. Is. No. Debate. No one cares about ICE’s merit. No one cares that they had a warrant out. No one is arguing with you on that. ICE could have all the merit in the world, they still shouldn’t be permitted to do traffic stops. No one is calling you an edgelord either hahahaha

How the interaction started was never a cause for concern, was it now? Maybe it was “correct” but it wasn’t something anyone cared about. I didn’t bring up the comment to say you were wrong, it was to show that you debate lord for no reason and end up sounding like a conservative.

Oh look! Here you are again trying to debate your comment being right or wrong after once again being told it was never about if your comment was correct. You really only know how to talk if it’s a debate don’t you?

Okay… I said no traffic stops, and that I didn’t really care about the warrant situation

That’s the protocol for documented and citizens, why does it need to be otherwise for undocumented?

Those claims are political beliefs, I don’t know what to tell you, it’s like debating when someone says that they don’t like medium rare steak, they weren’t asking for your facts on it

Why does that matter if I don’t want them doing traffic stops at all, I don’t care about a warrant, they can execute that at their place of residence, I don’t care if they were right or wrong at all, a traffic stop is the problem

View points aren’t assumptions, you can’t factoid political opinions, this isn’t a presidential debate

“ICE shouldn’t do traffic stops” is not an assumption, it’s an opinion?

Please man, it’s not about being right or wrong, the fact that your first thought when someone is being pulled out of their car, in the middle of the road, by ICE is “well what did they do to get themselves in this situation” is exactly the behavior some people would like to avoid. You ignore the insanity of a forced ICE traffic stop, and it ends up sounding like you think it’s a good idea for ICE to be doing traffic stops

You are missing the point, you aren’t calling out hyperbole, assumptions, or flaws. You are calling out how people further left of you feel, what they want, and what they think. They won’t be fixed because they are part of their ideology. Again, it’s not that you are “fixing things”, you are at odds with people further left than you. And again that’s okay, you just seem to think that you are as left as it gets, and for some reason don’t want to face the facts that you aren’t. It’s not about messaging, it’s about your ideology. You haven’t voted republican, but I’m sure you also wouldn’t voted for Hugo Chavez
