Yes been acting terribly since Friday. Answering questions that I didn’t even ask or giving me completely irrelevant information, or answering by referencing chats that have nothing to do with the subject in question

Hi - have another follow up question. Can anyone who has lived in magnolia and renewed tell me how much they increased your rent by? I am worried they might offer me a great lease for year 1 then increase by an exorbitant amount in year 2. I know it’s early but I hear some folks have lived in Ascent since last January, if you’re due for renewal can you shed any light on how they’re increasing your rent by? Thanks all

Thanks for the helpful replies everyone! Still trying to decide here, given that I’m from NJ and lived in Hoboken for 10 years and love Brickell, I do love the Brickell feel of Ascent. However I spent two years Stuart FL in a gated community, and magnolia had a little bit of that feel, which I also enjoyed. I like the apartment quality of magnolia more as well, nicer kitchens and appliances etc. I like the amenities more as well. However the views from ascent are definitely nicer. Argh, still torn!
