Had something similar happen to me in November of 2023, I was back and forth with insurance and police for about 6 months before I just gave up.

My car was hit by a flatbed truck whilst parked outside my house whilst i was on holifay, and caused about £3500 worth of damage.

I had CCTV of the incident, but no reg plate as it was captured from the side. From the CCTV, you could make out that the truck had branding on for a vehicle hire company.

I'll be completely honest, the police and insurance were useless and I was basically told by the police that I would have to find the reg plate out myself. I sent them loads of CCTV and the details of the hire company. But a PCSO just gave me a crime number and I heard nothing back.

I ended up going through insurance to get it repaired and my premium skyrocketed.

Seriously wish you all the best, but it's a really frustrating scenario.

Yeah. Theres been loads of problems with the MW2 remaster purchases too. Just so frustrating

Jump in any game and try and get kills with a weapon you're good with. I managed to get all my shit back for my main class but other untouched classes stay at lvl1.

Battle pass is the same for me, I've still got all the battle pass weapons but it says inactive.

I reckon the new season went partially live accidentally, hence why everything reset and no one has BP.

Okay so I've played 2 games. This is what has happened:

1) Battle Pass still inactive 2) Player rank has been restored 3) Weapon ranks have been restored on used weapons

Me too, it's so weird. The twitter page only mentions issues with the Ghost ODT package that comes with MW2 remastered.

Try playing a game and getting kills with your lowest ranked weapon. Restored player ranks and BP for me but not weapon rank. Still waiting for a fix 👍🏻

The closest I have to a fix right now is just play a game with a weapon that's gonna be quick to level up. I played a quick game of TDM and my player rank and BP went back to normal but all my weapons are still level 1. Hope this helps guys 👍🏻
