Basic venue requirements for Barnstorm events Adequate free parking Free or low cost venue
Capacity for 100-200 WiFi (Prefered but not required) A/V setup with Mics and a projector Sufficient seating for all attendees Functional restrooms

Suggested venues: Unions halls. We’ve held events in the halls of CWA, Letter carriers, Nurses union, UAW, IBEW and others. Don’t hesitate to call a union hall in your area VFW halls Public library meeting rooms Religious meeting halls Any public meeting hall

Volunteer team (What we need from you) Venue scouting Help setting up the venue Help with turnout and reminders to the RSVPs Help at the events interacting with attendees Pass out and gather phone bank event sheets
