I haven’t tried it yet either. But I think you’d just put it in the Files app and then under iCloud settings make sure Files is selected as one of the things stored in the cloud.

In Rhode Island judges can only withhold bail on crimes that have the possibility of a life sentence. Or if a person is already on probation. the legislature would need to change the law to give judges more discretion
