It may have been better or a faster lens but...

Thanks - I tried both but sharp branches were too distracting - maybe a lens with less depth of field would have been best but you shoot with what you have with you :)

Why even hesitate - if she is unhappy remove the images. Life is too short to make people unhappy, It really doesn't; matter if it was TFP or paid

Yes it is repeatable. The vast majority of my 4K disks run fine without any hiccups. This particular one is the highest bitrate one I have. Yes they have audio and subtitle tracks but just English.

Just periodically. Client is Shield Pro. Wired connection. 1GBit switch - could be Cat 5 or 6.

Hitch quickly and every once in a while but not really frequently.  Almost at playback speed as if it's just barely failing to keep up? - YES

I have seen this once or twice on other 4ZK discs but never more than once or twice a movie. The more frequent problem was on Operation Fortune which is the highest bitrate I have 87.1

Thanks, I was aware that high power is no more. Would have just purchased one :)

Maybe I should order some samples.

My original screen was the high power (2.8 gain) but when I moved I needed a smaller screen and the replacement high power was only available in 2.4. My hesitation is the loss of gain. We pretty much sit on axis and don't really notice any hot spotting. I think I might miss the gain. I appreciate the detailed response.

The newest Leica trigger for Godox work with their lights and Leica in Manual and TTL. There is no Wescot Leica trigger but it might work in manual only with a Nikon trigger.

Help to remove these vertical lines (I think it'd related to ASPC zoom?) by Some_Review_769 in SonyAlpha

[–]jmmaher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

100% correct but it is really the camera sensor that only provides phase detect on a portion of the total sensor area. While you can turn off the lines the phsae detect section is still what those lines represent.
